NSW coach Brad Fittler will recall Cody Walker for the third game of the State of Origin series and hand a debut to Keaon Koloamatangi as the Blues plot to avoid a series whitewash.

The inclusions are set to come at the expense of Damien Cook and Hudson Young, both of whom have paid the price for the Blues' hefty loss in Origin II and will not feature in the series finale on July 12 in Sydney.

Wests Tigers prop Stefano Utoikamanu, afforded only 12 minutes of game-time on debut, is also expected to be dropped.

Hudson Young has been cut from the NSW Blues squad for game three of State of Origin in Sydney as coach Brad Fittler made some key changes.

The Canberra Raiders second-rower made his Origin debut in game one, and had a solid performance in game two but couldn't retain his position in the Blues after NSW the series with the defeat in Brisbane.

Meanwhile Raiders teammate Corey Horsburgh is set to head north for Maroons camp.
