Raiders coach Ricky Stuart blames heavy scheduling for Simi Sasagi's hamstring injury, expressing concern over player workload.
Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has blamed an injury to star player Simi Sasagi on the club's draw, which has seen them play four games in two and a half weeks.
Sasagi has been arguably the form centre of the competition in the opening months of the season, but succumbed to a hamstring injury that ruled him out against the Tigers.
Stuart was disappointed for Sasagi and took issue with the NRL putting such a heavy workload on his players in such a short space of time.
"It's disappointing we have had a very heavy load over the last 18 days," Stuart said.
"This is our fourth game in two and a half weeks basically, so something is going to give and it did with Simi.
