Tom Starling departs Canberra Raiders after eight seasons, likely moving to St Helens in Super League.
Tom Starling has announced via his social media that after eight seasons at the Canberra Raiders, he will depart the club.
Earlier in the week, coach Ricky Stuart confirmed that Starling had been granted permission to negotiate with rival clubs, with his most likely destination being a move to Super League side St Helens.
"Thank you Canberra Raiders for giving me the opportunity to live out my childhood dream for the past 8 years," Starling stated on his Instagram.
"It's been an honour to represent this great club. I never once took for granted the privilege of pulling on that jersey and wearing the badge.
