    Twelve Men Bulldogs End Sharks Season

    Goulburn City Bulldogs beat Belconnen Sharks 28-12, ending their winning drought with Croker's hat-trick.

    The Goulburn City Bulldogs have claimed their first win since Round Five after defeating the Belconnen United Sharks 28-12 at NSWRL HQ. 

    Despite being reduced to twelve men in the final stages of the first half, a hat-trick from winger James Croker has ensured the Bulldogs secured an important victory in their quest to avoid the wooden spoon. 

    The home side started the better of the two sides, with repeat sets from Zac Patch and Tommy Watego providing the Sharks with multiple sets attacking the Bulldogs try line.

    CRRL Volunteers Among NSWRL Community Award Winners

    The 2025 NSWRL Community Awards recognized volunteers and innovative clubs enhancing participation and support in rugby league.

    An innovative junior club that has implemented a youth driven mentoring program, a competition and club administrator who has almost doubled participation rates in three years, and a First Nations coach who has assisted First Nations players for more than 30 years are among the major award winners in the 2025 NSWRL Community Awards that acknowledge the vital contribution made to the game every season by more than 34000 volunteers across the state.
