It was another challenging weekend for the Monaro Colts, falling short in both the Andrew Johns Cup and Laurie Daley Cup against the Macarthur Wests Tigers on Sunday at NSWRL HQ.

The Andrew Johns Cup side was outplayed from the outset, suffering a heavy 36-4 defeat, while the Laurie Daley Cup team saw a commanding 22-6 halftime lead slip away in a 30-22 loss.

Still searching for their first win of the season, both teams will look to bounce back in Round Three against the Western Rams in Mudgee.

The Monaro Colts have named their Round Two team lists for the Andrew Johns Cup and Laurie Daley Cup.

Both sides will host again this week, with the Macarthur Wests Tigers visiting NSWRL HQ Bruce for Sunday's matches.

The Colts are aiming to bounce back from slow starts to their 2025 campaigns, following a 30-6 loss in the Andrew Johns Cup and a 32-12 defeat in the Laurie Daley Cup, both at the hands of the Northern Rivers Titans.

The Monaro Colts endured a tough start to their campaign, going 0/3 against the Northern Rivers Titans in Round One of the Andrew Johns Cup, Laurie Daley Cup, and Regional Lisa Fiaola Cup.

The Titans dominated across all junior representative grades, handing the Colts a disappointing opening round.

The Colts will aim to bounce back this Sunday at NSWRL HQ Bruce when they host the Macarthur Wests Tigers.
