Hudson Young has played a role for the NSW Blues in the last three State of Origin series, but the Canberra Raiders back-rower said he's poised to make the 2026 edition his best yet.
Nine times Young said he was "excited" to be back in a sky blue jersey when interviewed after his Origin selection, such is his unmatched passion for the Blues.
He's no stranger to the State of Origin stage, having worn the sky blue jersey six times since his debut in 2023.
But despite consistently earning selection through his dominant performances for the Raiders, over the past three series Young hasn't yet had the joy of hoisting the Origin shield, as he's been in and out of the squad, and often featured off the bench.
