The penalty that would've actually taught Penrith a lesson

Penrith claims victimhood, but they've repeatedly committed offenses without facing serious consequences.

    The Canberra Times

Ricky Stuart says the Canberra Raiders could keep both Josh Papali'i and Trey Mooney next season, but he doesn't want to be "greedy" and do the wrong thing by Mooney.

It comes as the Raiders continue talks to extend both Morgan Smithies' and Simi Sasagi's contracts for another two years.

The pair are both off-contract next year, but the Green Machine is keen to keep them in the capital long-term.
