    LeagueNews.co

The Canberra Raiders NRLW have officially announced their development list for the 2025 season, featuring four new players: Marley Cardwell, Lili Boyle, Madyson Tooth, and Uta Uatisone Poka.

These players will be added to the club's development list and are available for selection outside the Top 24 roster.

In a statement regarding the new additions, Raiders coach Darrin Borthwick reflected on Marley Cardwell's prior opportunity with the team, noting, "Marley is someone we gave an opportunity to last year to play in the trial game against the Knights in Wagga." He also shared his insights on Lili Boyle's potential, stating, "I was tipped on about Lili four or five years ago when she was a 13/14-year-old.

I watched her play Tarsha Gale last year for Manly and she moved into the NSW Harvey Norman Women's Premiership squad." Borthwick identified the selection of Boyle as a strategic move, expressing, "I thought it was a perfect opportunity to talk to Lili about coming down here and developing into a NRLW player."
