After a decisive win in Las Vegas, the Canberra Raiders will return home to Canberra this weekend to face off against the Brisbane Broncos at GIO Stadium.

However, with the loss of Joe Tapine and Xavier Savage, the Raiders will need to reshuffle their lineup as they look to build on this momentum and cement themselves as a force to be reckoned with this season.

Meanwhile, Madge's boys look to be in much higher spirits than last year as they launched their season with a bang, defeating the Roosters 50-14.

Manly Warringah will provide yet another grueling test for the courageous NZ Warriors in Saturday's second-round Jersey Flegg Cup (under-21) showdown at Navigation Homes Stadium in Pukekohe (12.00pm kick-off).

The Warriors are coming off a disappointing start to their campaign when they were on the receiving end of a 4-50 defeat to a dominant Canberra side in Sydney.

Their lone try of the match had them trailing by just 4-12 after 25 minutes and 4-16 behind at halftime, but the Raiders were in total command in the second half.
