Canberra Raiders coach Ricky Stuart could become the first NRL coach sanctioned for comments about referees since the NRL announced a crackdown on post-match press conferences.
The NRL is looking into Stuart's comments in his post-game press conference after their 40-12 loss to Manly on Sunday - to see whether he's broken any rules.
The NRL sent a letter to all clubs two weeks ago warning coaches against criticising referees in press conferences.

Raiders' young guns shine in Junior Reps clash

The Raiders junior pathways had a successful weekend in round seven, securing two wins out of four matches as they approach the finals series.
The team dominated the first half, scoring all 30 points within the opening 30 minutes of play.
Kymiah Stewart, a backrower for the Raiders, kicked off the match with a try double in the first five minutes.
This victory has kept the Raiders in contention for a spot in the finals in their first season, with the team currently sitting two points behind the eighth-placed Panthers.

The Brisbane Broncos have opened talks with off-contract hooker Cory Paix, a player who had been rumored to be on his way out of the club for the past three years.
Despite not making a first-grade appearance last season, Paix was one of the highest-paid players in the QLD Cup competition, with an estimated salary of $320,000 per season.
He was overlooked for first-grade spots in favor of other players and was linked with several other teams, including the Canberra Raiders, Manly Sea Eagles, and Sydney Roosters, as well as clubs in the Super League competition.
Paix had even been granted permission to speak with rival clubs from the end of 2023 by the Broncos, who seemed willing to let him go.
