The Sea Eagles will face the Raiders in Round 3 of the Telstra NRL Premiership at 4 Pines Park.
The Sea Eagles had a tough game in Auckland due to numerous errors and set restarts, while the Raiders enjoyed a win over the Broncos and Warriors in their previous matches.
The key match up in the forwards will be between props Taniela Paseka and Josh Papali'i, who have been impressive in their run-metres so far this season.
Despite winning seven of their last 10 games against Canberra, the Raiders were one of the few teams to defeat Manly at 4 Pines Park last season.
