    Canberra's statement win in Las Vegas has come at a big cost with captain Joe Tapine and star winger Xavier Savage facing suspensions from the NRL match review committee.

    Raiders captain Tapine went to the sin bin for shoulder-charging Warriors co-captain Mitch Barnett in the second half of the 30-8 victory that opened the NRL season on Sunday (AEDT).

    "We turned the ball over and that's my job, I'm trying to pump the boys up and I'm trying to turn the momentum," Tapine said of the hit.

    NRL sources confirmed to The Sydney Morning Herald that Tyler Manoa was evicted from Allegiant Stadium on Sunday (AEDT).

    The 25-year-old Las Vegas Raiders gridiron player allegedly damaged property inside a bathroom of the corporate area.

    Two Raiders stars are facing suspensions after their Las Vegas clash, proving what happens in Vegas, inevitably doesn't stay there.

    The match review committee has offered suspensions to both skipper Joseph Tapine and winger Xavier Savage for separate incidents against the Warriors.

    Tapine was sent for a 10 minute spell for a shoulder charge on Mitch Barnett in the 65th minute, and has been offered two matches after it was graded level two on Monday morning.
