    These are just some of the Canberra Raiders players the Perth Bears' "blank slate" could bring "genuine competition" for their signatures for the 2027 NRL season.

    But the Green Machine would look to re-sign their players who are off-contract at the end of 2026 before they become available for other clubs to sign on November 1 - regardless of the Bears becoming the 18th NRL team the following season.
