Raiders dominate Tigers to continue perfect start

An in-form Raiders outfit have continued their perfect start to the season and wrecked Benji Marshall's first game as coach with a big win over the Tigers at GIO Stadium.
Marshall's first outing as an NRL head coach didn't go to plan as the Raiders took charge of Saturday's match early and ran away with a 32-12 triumph to go 2-0 for the season.

GIO Stadium: Benji Marshall remembers his first coach Tim Sheens encouraging him to play what he sees, to trust his instinct - and that was exactly the same message he preached to Wests Tigers debutant playmaker Lachie Galvin.
Marshall's first game as head coach of the Tigers ended in a 32-12 loss to the Raiders on Saturday.
But Marshall will enjoy coaching 18-year-old Galvin who more than held his own against the men.
The tall teen had a few nice kicks, absorbed plenty of brutal shots, and was the one Tiger pushing for points late in the game at GIO Stadium.

'That is embarrassing': Wests Tigers defence slammed for brain fade as Raiders win two in a row

Wests Tigers half Jayden Sullivan has been slammed for a horrible brain fade in defence during the Raiders 32-12 win at Canberra.
Right on half-time, centre Sebastian Kris proved too smart for his rivals after going down the short side from a penalty tap 30 metres out.
Kris caught Sullivan napping in defence and passed to winger Xavier Savage who ran in untouched and scored.
