Sitili Tupouniu Tupouniua will likely undergo neck surgery, ruling him out for the rest of the season while Angus Crichton is looking at a month on the sideline with a knee injury sustained against Canberra.

In a recent report by roosters.com.au, it has been revealed that the Sydney Roosters squad underwent a thorough assessment by the Club's medical staff following their intense Round 17 showdown against the Canberra Raiders at Allianz Stadium.

Unfortunately, one of the key players in the backrower position has been dealt a blow.

After a meeting with the Club's Chief Medical Officer, it was determined that the player is experiencing mild concussion symptoms.
