    Canberra Raiders deciding between promoting within or signing new halfback to replace Ashleigh Quinlan.

    The Canberra Raiders will take their time deciding whether to promote from within or sign a new halfback to replace the departing Ashleigh Quinlan.

    Quinlan will join the Canterbury Bulldogs for their inaugural NRLW campaign next year.

    The Raiders have Fijian utility Sereana Naitokatoka, who made her Green Machine debut last week, on their books as a halfback option.
