Canberra Raiders, MPs raise awareness for World Blood Cancer Day with bone marrow swabbing.
The Canberra Raiders joined a number of members of Parliament at Parliament House on Wednesday, to help raise awareness for World Blood Cancer Day.
Jamal Fogarty and Zac Hosking joined a number of MP's including Bob Katter and Kate Thwaites to help raise awareness for World Blood Cancer day and to help raise the number of Bone Marrow donations across Australia.
Fogarty and Hosking both demonstrated how easy it was to take a swab from your mouth to see if you are eligible to join the register.
The event was proudly supported by the Leukaemia Foundation and Australia Red Cross.
