Deflated Ricky laments ‘predictable’ Raiders as stunning ‘fall from grace’ continues

Ricky Stuart criticized the Raiders' "predictable" attack after a 15-12 loss, noting excessive errors and a lackluster season.

    Fox League

Ricky Stuart has lamented his side's "predictable" attack after the Raiders' finals hopes took another big hit with a shock 15-12 loss to the Eels.

Canberra drop to 5-9 on the season and now need a minor miracle to make the top eight.

While clearly deflated, Stuart entered the post-game press conference in a more talkative mood than he following last week's loss to the Roosters.

The Raiders coach was happier with his team's effort against the Eels, but conceded there's too many errors in the Green Machine's game.

Not only that, but the Raiders' attack is pedestrian at best. Through 14 games, they've scored just 261 points - an average of 18.6 per contest.
