    The Woden Valley Rams are seeking redemption in the Canberra Raiders Cup First Grade after disappointingly missing out on the finals series last year. 

    The Katrina Fanning Shield side are confident in their chances with a good crop of young talent coming through, and it's business as usual for the League Tag side, who are going for three straight premierships this year. 

    A few losses in the back-end of the season saw the Rams just miss out on the first grade finals series.

    After a superb year in the Canberra Raiders Cup First Grade, the Tuggeranong Bushrangers continue to build as they charge into the new season. 

    While the Katrina Fanning Shield and League Tag sides reflect on the lessons learned from last year, and look to translate those insights into a season of  improved performance in 2024.
