Ricky Stuart was right. Twice. The Canberra Raiders were robbed and the Green Machine coach did get an apology from the NRL referees department.
But NRL football boss Graham Annesley stopped short of saying the officials lacked the courage to make the tough calls.
That was Stuart's feelings after the game, where the Raiders had lost 12-10 to St George Illawarra in terrible conditions in Wollongong on Sunday.
