Roosters into NRLW grand final but Raiders left fuming
The Sydney Roosters advanced to the NRLW grand final, defeating the Raiders 20-10 amid controversy over a denied try.

The Sydney Roosters are into their third straight NRLW grand final after a 20-10 win over Canberra, but Raiders coach Darrin Borthwick was left fuming after a bunker ruling denied his team a try at Allianz Stadium.
With the Roosters leading 10-4 early in the second half on Saturday night, Raiders forward Lili Boyle swerved in a tackle and forced her way over the line, only to have referee Kasey Badger rule a no-try because she said Roosters winger Brydie Parker's boot was under the ball.
Raiders players celebrated, but the bunker looked at several replays before upholding the on-field decision.

Late try gives Roosters another NRLW grand final spot
The Sydney Roosters secured their NRLW grand final spot, defeating the Raiders 20-10, led by Tarryn Aiken's late try.

The Sydney Roosters are into their third consecutive NRLW grand final after halfback Tarryn Aiken's late try helped subdue the Raiders 20-10 at Sydney's Allianz Stadium.
The final eight minutes of Saturday night's game were fairly frantic, with only a converted try between the sides after a four-pointer by Canberra's England international Hollie-Mae Dodd.
But Aiken might have wanted to ensure her team got to the decider after she missed out last year with an ACL tear.
