The 34-year-old has reportedly received a "sizeable offer" from the York Knights, a team in the RFL Championship, as they seek to secure his services for the 2026 season, according to zerotackle.com.
Before moving to the Super League at the end of 2022 to join the Warrington Wolves, Vaughan had a successful ten-season stint in the NRL, where he made 205 appearances for the Canberra Raiders, St.
