Raiders halfback Jamal Fogarty has reportedly informed Ricky Stuart he will depart the nation's capital, signing with the Sea Eagles.

, who are reporting the 31-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year, $2 million deal to take over at halfback from the departing Daly Cherry-Evans.
