    It goes without saying the season has been somewhat frustrating for the green machine.

    Every now and again they put in a performance that makes them look like a side who should be higher on the ladder - the best example of that coming in Round 5 against the Parramatta Eels, but for the most part, it's either narrow wins or heavy losses.

    Canberra Raiders winger Nick Cotric signs three-year deal with Catalan Dragons in Super League.

    Failing to agree on terms for a new contract with the Canberra Raiders, winger Nick Cotric has reportedly inked a three-year contract with another club.

    Only 25, Cotric is a former NSW Blues representative and has 149 NRL appearances to his name, but has struggled to find consistency at the club in recent seasons.

    Speaking on 100% Footy on Monday, journalist Michael Chammas has since revealed that Cotric - who is reportedly on a salary worth $650,000 a season in 2024 - has agreed to join the Catalan Dragons on a three-year contract in the Super League competition.

    Canberra Raiders' Cotric leaving for English Super League; Guler seeks release due to reduced role.

    Canberra Raiders' winger Nick Cotric is set to leave for the English Super League at the end of 2024, and now it has been revealed forward Emre Guler has also asked for a release on compassionate grounds.

    The forward, who has been plagued by a reduced role through the first half of 2024, has played only nine games this year to date, with four of those coming off the bench and only three performances gaining over 40 minutes.

    Guler has been dropped to the reserves list by coach Ricky Stuart for this weekend's trip south to battle the Melbourne Storm.
