The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are ready to bounce back and show what they are made of against the Dolphins in Brisbane on Thursday night.

With second-rower Ben Trbojevic making his comeback after a hamstring injury, the Sea Eagles are looking to make a statement at Suncorp Stadium in round 10 of the Telstra Premiership.

Unfortunately, Nathan Brown and Lachlan Croker will be sidelined due to injury, but Karl Lawton will step up at hooker and Gordon Chan Kum Tong has been brought onto the bench.

After a disappointing 26-24 loss to Canberra at home last Friday, where they let a 20-point first half lead slip away, the Sea Eagles are eager to redeem themselves.

Canberra Raiders update on Zac Hosking's shoulder injury, rehab for 10-12 weeks, aiming for return.

    LeagueNews.co

The Canberra Raiders website has shared an update on the injury status of tough forward Zac Hosking.

Hosking recently consulted with a specialist about his shoulder injury, and it has been decided that he will undergo a rehabilitation program to build up strength in his shoulder.

This will hopefully pave the way for his return to the field in around 10-12 weeks, just in time for the business end of the season.

In true Rugby League fashion, Hosking will be digging deep and putting in the hard yards to get back to full fitness.
