    Another NRL team has followed in the footsteps of the Brisbane Broncos and South Sydney Rabbitohs in exiting the race to secure the services of a Melbourne Storm front-rower.

    A stalwart of the Melbourne Storm since 2017, Tui Kamikamica's time at the club could come to an end sooner than expected with the Fijian skipper off-contract at the end of the season.

    Facing uncertainty for the first time in his first-grade career, he has been recently linked with numerous teams both in Australia and abroad in the Super League competition.

    Before departing for the Super League at the end of 2022 to link up with the Warrington Wolves, Vaughan spent ten seasons playing in the NRL, in which he registered 205 appearances for the Raiders, Dragons and Canterbury Bulldogs.

    Gold Coast Titans head coach Des Hasler has confirmed he plans to coach the club into 2026 despite multiple reports suggesting the opposite will be the case.

    Hasler, who oversaw his side fall short against the Brisbane Broncos on Sunday evening in their latest loss, reportedly has a clause in his contract that allows the club to make the remainder of it null and void should they not make the finals in 2025.

    But the head coach, speaking after the loss to Brisbane, said the speculation is unfounded.
