Raiders five-eighth Jack Wighton and winger Albert Hopoate have both been charged by the NRL match review committee following Canberra's 36-14 loss on Friday night.
Wighton made glancing, accidental head contact with Warriors winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak in attempting a tackle late in the first half.
As his third and subsequent offence Wighton faces a $3000 fine with an early plea for the careless high tackle, or risk a two-match suspension if he goes to the judiciary and loses.
And, after previous instances went unpunished this season, the NRL match review committee has fined Canberra's Albert Hopoate for pulling the hair of rival winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.
Forward Barnett found himself sin-binned for contacting Rapana's chin with his shoulder midway through the first half, forcing the Raiders winger off for a head injury assessment. Both players returned later.
On Saturday morning, the match review committee categorised Barnett's hit as a grade-two careless high tackle and handed him a one-match suspension.
The Green Machine suffered a defeat at the hands of the New Zealand Warriors, who won by a comfortable margin of 36-14.
The match, held at GIO Stadium Canberra, was a highly charged affair.
Despite leading at half-time, the Raiders were unable to hold on and suffered a loss on the night that marked Jarrod Croker's 300th NRL game.
