The Canberra Raiders have named their squad for the club's first NRLW standalone match of the season against the Cronulla Sharks at GIO Stadium Canberra on Saturday.

Sereana Naitokatoka returns to the side in the halves after serving her one match suspension from the team's trial match against the Knights.

The Canberra Raiders have named their squad for the club's first NRLW match of the season against the St George-Illawarra Dragons at GIO Stadium Canberra on Saturday afternoon.

Georgia Thomas and Lili Boyle will make their NRLW debuts on Saturday, while four players will make their Raiders debut - Leianne Tufuga, Chloe Saunders, Isabella Waterman and Jordyn Preston.

Development player Boyle has been given an exemption to play round one due to several injuries in the squad.

Raiders half Sereana Naitokatoka will miss round one after being charged with a grade two dangerous contact charge in the side's trial match against the Knights.

The Raiders NRLW team plays its first of three home games in a row to start the season on Saturday, kicking off at 3.15pm.

The Toyota Forklifts Canberra Raiders have named their round 18 team to take on the St George-Illawarra Dragons at GIO Stadium Canberra on Saturday afternoon.  

With Hudson Young and Josh Papalii on Origin duty, Simi Sasagi will start the match in the second row for the second consecutive week, Corey Horsburgh will shift into the front row, and Morgan Smithies to lock.  

Trey Mooney returns to the 17 on the bench this week.
