The Dolphins will be shooting for four-straight wins for the first time in club history but have to do it without a host of Origin stars when they travel to Canberra to take on the Raiders.

The Raiders find themselves in unfamiliar territory sitting 12th on the ladder and their GIO Stadium fortress has been breached three times in 2026 by the Bulldogs, Sharks and Panthers.
Both sides get a chance to show off their depth with big-name players away on Origin duty including Raiders Hudson Young and Ethan Strange and Dolphins quartet Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, Selwyn Cobbo, Max Plath and Thomas Flegler.

Dolphins coach Kristian Woolf has expressed his disappointment at the NRL after Redcliffe were snubbed for the premiership kick-off in Las Vegas next season.
The Dolphins will be the only existing club yet to have a taste of Vegas after losing out to the Eels, Storm, Tigers and Queensland rivals the Gold Coast Titans to launch the 2027 season in Sin City.
The Dolphins were keen to become the third Queensland club to travel to America after the Broncos were pioneers in 2024 before the Cowboys played at Allegiant Stadium this year.
But despite being one of the code's most attractive attacking teams, the Dolphins have been overlooked by the NRL in favour of the lowly Titans, who have been a bottom-four club for four consecutive seasons.
The decision went down like a lead balloon with Dolphins coach Woolf, who questioned the NRL's "process" over their Sin City snubbing ahead of his side's away clash with Canberra on Thursday night.

Dolphins utility Kurt Donoghoe was confident the new-found fitness and depth from his side could help them claim their first ever win over the Raiders in Canberra to launch Round 12.
It has been a frustrating season to date for the versatile Central Charlestown Butcher Boys junior, who has only played three games so far this year, with a hamstring injury proving hard to shake.
However, after making a successful return in his side's win over the Rabbitohs last week - where he was required to step in at five-eighth when Kodi Nikorima succumbed to a hamstring injury - Donoghoe was looking forward to the challenge ahead.
