The Canberra Raiders Jersey Flegg squad travels to Lautoka in search of a much-needed win against the Fijian Silktails at Churchill Park.
This weekend marks the third time the Raiders Jersey Flegg side have travelled to Fiji in a clash against the Silktails, with Canberra holding a perfect 4-0 record against the home side.

A position in the top eight is within reach for the Raiders, with a win this Saturday putting them one point ahead of the Rabbitohs in eighth spot.
The Canberra side is looking to come back from three straight losses, most recently a narrow 39-30 loss to the Panthers after an early lead.
The Raiders will look to repeat their early first-half attack and tighten their defence throughout the entire 80 minutes.

Sam Verrills, the hooker for Gold Coast Titans, is gaining interest from several Super League teams following reports from the Courier Mail two weeks ago indicating that his contract will not be renewed.
In 2027, the starting hooker role is expected to transition to Oliver Pascoe, who has shown promise early in his career.
This development puts the Titans in a position where they cannot offer the 27-year-old an extension as his contract is set to expire by year-end.
Interest in Verrills is reportedly growing across the Northern Hemisphere, with LoveRugbyLeague noting that various Super League clubs are now considering him as a potential signing.

The State of Origin series is almost upon us, with teams to be selected after Magic Round and players to then enter a ten-day camp ahead of Game 1 in Sydney on May 27.
With six-man benches to be used in Origin for the first time, and a general speeding up of the game, as well as injuries playing their part in pre-selection debates, options are many and varied for who each team will pick.

Dragons fans will be hoping their team can pull a rabbit out of the hat to close out Magic Round when they take on top-of-the-table Panthers.
Yet to win a game this season, St George Illawarra have a challenge on their hands against a Penrith side who played perfect football in the first half of their entertaining win over Raiders last week.
However, coach Ivan Cleary was not pleased with their error-riddled closing stages as Canberra pressed hard for an upset, saying he had already addressed those issues with his side upon full-time.
