The NRL has admitted three losing teams - Wests Tigers, St George Illawarra and the Dolphins - all received incorrect refereeing calls over the weekend.
The trio all lost their respective matches by a try, with the refereeing blunders possible game-changers.
NRL head of football competitions Graham Annesley admitted on Monday that a Jack Wighton pass which led to a try for Sebastian Kris early in the second half of their 22-18 win over the Tigers was clearly forward.
