Ricky Stuart has a plan for Matt Frawley, who was an interesting option the Canberra Raiders coach named on the bench to face the Wests Tigers.
But Stuart didn't reveal how he'll use the half, who can also provide back-up at hooker, in the clash at Campbelltown on Friday night.
