Fork yeah: Raiders' sponsorship extension creates most expensive jersey ever
The Canberra Raiders' sponsorship with Toyota Forklifts extends to 2030, increasing jersey value over $3 million amid lucrative NRL deals.

It's the lime green strip set to be worth more than $3 million, but the exposure it brings is also valued in the millions.
Especially with the NRL closing in on a new $5 billion TV rights deal that should ensure every club turns a profit.
The Canberra Raiders and Toyota Forklifts extended their partnership until at least the end of 2030 on Monday, which will keep them on the front of the Green Machine's jerseys for a decade - and become the club's longest major sponsor ever.
When the extension kicks in in 2028, it will take the value of the jersey and shorts above $3 million - up from the $2.5 million it will be worth next year.

MRC verdict is in, two stars handed punishments
NRL's review committee charged Ethan Sanders for a high tackle; he faces a $1000 fine for his first offence.

The NRL's match review committee has charged two NRL stars in the two matches between the Canberra Raiders hosting the St George Illawarra Dragons and the Newcastle Knights facing the Wests Tigers.
Raiders star half Ethan Sanders was charged with a grade 1 careless high tackle on Valentine Holmes in the 62nd minute of their clash in the nation's capital.
Sanders will receive a $1000 fine given it is his first offence, although if he wants to fight the charge and loses at the panel, it will be bumped up to $1500.
Holmes received the ball from the scrum, where he met Simi Sasagi in contact with Sanders coming over the top to shut the momentum down as the second defender.

Fork yeah: Raiders make major sponsorship announcement
The Canberra Raiders extended their sponsorship with Toyota Forklifts until 2030, solidifying a decade-long partnership.

The Canberra Raiders have been wearing Toyota Forklifts on their chests since 2021.
And while they already had a deal locked in place to be the Green Machine's major sponsor until 2027, such was the success of last year's Las Vegas trip they've already extended that until the end of 2030.
That takes their partnership to a decade, cementing them as the Raiders' longest running major sponsors.
Raiders chief executive Don Furner revealed at their season launch they'd started talks to extend the deal for a further three years.
