Not only is time running out to enter Papa's mullet competition, but tickets are running out as well.
There were fewer than 3000 tickets left on Tuesday for Canberra Raiders legend Josh Papali'i's final home game - the Brisbane Broncos grudge match at "Papa's House" on Friday.
The best mullets in the capital will have their chance to honour Papali'i's flowing locks, which have been business at the front and party at the back for a number of years, in a competition that will be judged at half-time.
Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has named the 340-game veteran to start in the front row for the first time since round five.

His return to the starting side did nothing though, with the joint-venture continuing to lose in recent weeks.
Their loss to the St George Illawarra Dragons on the weekend - their second against the likely wooden spooners in the last month and a half - means they have now slumped to 12 losses in their last 14 starts.

Canberra is urging powerhouse second-rower Hudson Young to extend his contract as the club aims to fend off the enticing offer from the PNG Chiefs.
Young's contract expires at the end of 2027, and he will be eligible to negotiate with other NRL clubs starting November 1. The Raiders are anxious to secure the NSW State of Origin star before that date.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that the Chiefs are keen on signing the 28-year-old ahead of their first season in 2028.
Raiders CEO Don Furner is committed to doing everything possible to retain Young before his agent meets with Canberra officials later this week.
