Canberra Raiders hosted 23,827 fans in a record-setting match against the Bulldogs, marking their biggest crowd.

It was a sea of blue, green and white, as the Canberra Raiders played in front of their biggest regular season crowd in 30 years.

23,827 fans filled GIO Stadium Canberra in the Raiders' top of the table clash against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs on Saturday 10 May.

It's the second record for the Raiders at home in the 2025 season.

A record-breaking 18,884 people attended their match against the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday 15 March, the biggest first home game crowd since 1999.

Jaeman Salmon fractured his ankle during a game, requiring surgery and a likely 10-week recovery.

Canterbury Bulldogs director of rugby league Phil Gould has revealed forward Jaeman Salmon has suffered a fractured ankle, which will require surgery.

The forward, who has been one of the permanent fixtures in Cameron Ciraldo's high-flying outfit to start the 2025 season, was taken from the field during Saturday afternoon's tense comeback win over the Canberra Raiders in the Nation's Capital.

"Jaemon Salmon scans have revealed a fractured ankle… He will require surgery. Probably 10 weeks return to play. It is what it is. That's football," Gould posted on X, formerly Twitter.
