    Weekes named to replace Fogarty, will make Raiders debut

    22-year-old Kaeo Weekes debuts for Raiders to replace injured Jamal Fogarty, partnering with Ethan Strange.

    Kaeo Weekes will become Raiders #397 after being named to make his first appearance for the club when they take on the Sharks in Canberra on Sunday.

    The 22-year-old came to the club over the offseason from Manly and has found himself playing in the NSW Cup with Ethan Strange the preferred NRL five-eighth.

    With halfback Jamal Fogarty set to miss three months with a biceps injury, Weekes will now get an extended chance in the top grade to partner Strange in the halves.

    Canberra halfback Jamal Fogarty underwent surgery on his biceps tear on Tuesday and he'll now spend the next three months on the sideline.
