'Corey knows I like Corey': Ricky opens up on relationship with 'Big Red'
Ricky Stuart maintains a positive relationship with Corey Horsburgh despite his impending move to the Perth Bears after a recent conflict.

Ricky likes Corey. And the Canberra Raiders coach has no ill-feeling towards his wantaway prop.
Raiders coach Ricky Stuart opened up on his relationship with Horsburgh, who looks set to join the Perth Bears on a three-year deal next season.
Horsburgh's been given the weekend off after the pair had a public falling out in the wake of the Raiders' season-ending loss to Newcastle last weekend - when Horsburgh was sin-binned for slapping Dane Gagai.
The 28-year-old has since met with Bears coach Mal Meninga and they're in the process of finalising a move across the Nullarbor.

Horsburgh looks set to join the Bears. Who else at the Raiders is coming off-contract?
Corey Horsburgh is near finalizing a three-year deal with the Perth Bears after leaving the Canberra Raiders.

Corey Horsburgh has the weekend off and he's close to finalising his future.
After Horsburgh met with Perth Bears coach Mal Meninga on Monday, he's waiting to be sent a three-year deal that would see him join Raiders teammate Morgan Smithies at the NRL expansion club next season.
While the Canberra Raiders have given Horsburgh permission to speak to other clubs, they still have to release him for 2027 - but that's considered a formality given his public falling-out with coach Ricky Stuart.
Horsburgh's been training this week, but he won't play NSW Cup after he was dropped from the NRL side to face Cronulla at Shark Park on Saturday.
His manager Jeff Jurotte said Horsburgh was in a "good headspace" and he praised how Raiders chief executive Don Furner has handled the situation.

Raiders move to secure forward pack
Ata Mariota has re-signed with the Raiders until 2028, providing stability amid concerns over departures and injuries in their forward pack.

Uncertainty surrounding Canberra's crumbling forward pack has been partially alleviated, with Ata Mariota re-signing until the end of the 2028 season.
With fellow forward Morgan Smithies leaving for Perth next season and veteran prop Josh Papali'i also departing at the end of this campaign, there is concern the Raiders will be without quality middles next year.
Rumours are circulating that out-of-favour front-rower Corey Horsburgh is also set to move to the Bears, meaning Mariota's deal will provide immediate relief for the Green Machine.
