    Hudson Young rebounds, makes international debut for Australia after NSW Blues rejection.

    Hudson Young has bounced back from being dropped from the NSW Blues side to making his international debut.

    The Canberra Raiders star has been picked on Australia's bench for their Test against Tonga at Lang Park on Friday night.

    He was brought into the Kangaroos squad to cover for the loss of Liam Martin, who played in Penrith's premiership with shoulder and rib injuries.

    Weekes scored two tries - including a brilliant solo effort from the halfway mark - to help the Australian Prime Minister's XIII to a 42-20 win over the Papua New Guinea Prime Minister's XIII in Port Moresby on Sunday.

    At 30, Jamal Fogarty thought representative football had passed him by.

    But the Canberra Raiders halfback feels at home in a young Australian Prime Minister's XIII squad - cheekily pointing out the similarities with the Green Machine given the only person older than him is Dragons-bound Damien Cook.

    It's the same feeling he has when he's wearing lime green instead of the green and gold, given only Jordan Rapana, Elliott Whitehead and Josh Papali'i were the only ones older than him at Canberra - and both Rapana and Whitehead have now left for the English Super League.
